After three days of intense and orderly competition, on September 24, the vocational skills competition for testing and inspecting personnel of highway and water transport engineering in the transportation industry of Shandong Province came to a successful conclusion, and the closing ceremony was held at Shandong Highway Technician College.

Liu Kai, the chief referee of the competition, gave a brief review of the competition and announced the results. It is reported that the contestant who won the first place in the test and inspection competition will be awarded the title of "Shandong Technical Expert" after approval by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Other contestants with outstanding performance and who meet the requirements will be recommended by the competition organizing committee to the Provincial Youth League Committee to apply for relevant titles.
