The LD-3DPRT rotary concrete 3D printer was invented by Professor Shi Yong's team at Inner Mongolia University of Technology. It is specifically used for concrete 3D printing construction of yurts, spherical and spindle-shaped buildings.
The LD-3DPRT rotary concrete 3D printer manufactured by Shandong Luda Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. has reliable performance. When the printer is working, the working arm always rotates at a constant speed around the central axis, thus simplifying the control system, hardware system and working mode, and improving system reliability; the working arm drive motor does not need to be frequently started and stopped, so the energy consumption of the printing system is reduced; the 3-print head design can simultaneously complete the printing of the inner and outer walls and the lattice structures inside the wall, thus improving construction efficiency. At present, the maximum printing diameter of the LD-3DPRT laboratory-grade concrete 3D printer produced by our company is 1.1 meters, and the maximum printing height is 1.5 meters, which can meet most experimental research requirements.
Relying on the LD-3DPRT laboratory-grade concrete 3D printer produced by our company, Professor Shi Yong's team has carried out research on the overall construction method of concrete 3D printing, as well as research on cement-based concrete 3D printing materials, gypsum-based concrete 3D printing materials, and aeolian sand concrete 3D printing materials, and has achieved a number of patent results.
