In order to further implement the "Metrology Development Plan (2021-2035)", discuss the development of force value hardness testing technology, improve the force value hardness metrology technology level of our province, and promote the high-quality development of our province's equipment manufacturing industry, the "Shandong Force Value Hardness Metrology Technical Committee and Shandong Metrology and Testing Society Force Value Hardness Professional Committee 2022 Annual Meeting" will be held in Tai'an City from March 28 to 30, 2023.
Members of the Shandong Force Value Hardness Metrology Technical Committee, members of the Shandong Metrology and Testing Society Force Value Hardness Professional Committee, technical personnel from municipal metrology institutions and related units, and other relevant personnel participated.

1. Summarize the work in 2022 and discuss the work plan for 2023.
2. Study the State Council's "Metrology Development Plan (2021-2035)" and the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration's "Implementation Opinions on Implementing the <Metrology Development Plan (2021-2035)>".
3. Communicate and study the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Metrology Technical Committees" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the "Key Points of Metrology Work in the Province in 2023" issued by the Provincial Bureau.
4. Hold an exchange lecture on "The Latest Development of Metrology and Calibration Technology of German Material Testing Machines".
5. Review and approve local metrology technical specifications.
6. Summary of the metrology comparison of testing machines across the province.
At the meeting, based on the summary of the work in 2022, the committee reviewed and approved the work plan for 2023. In the next step, the committee will give full play to the role of bridge and link, and serve the high-quality development of the testing machine industry in Shandong Province in terms of metrology technical services, metrology technology research, and revision of metrology technical regulations.
