scope of application:

It is used for tensile, compression, bending, creep, relaxation, low cycle fatigue and other tests of metals, non-metals and composite materials. If equipped with corresponding fixtures and devices, it can also complete a variety of mechanical properties tests such as shear, stripping, tearing and other requirements of materials and components, as well as tests under different environmental requirements such as high temperature and low temperature.

The product complies with the following standards: GB/T 16491 'Electronic Universal Testing Machine', GB/T 232 'Bending Test Method for Metal Materials', GB/T 228 'Room Temperature Tensile Test Method for Metal Materials', GB/T 7314 'Room Temperature Compressive Test Method for Metal Materials', B/T14452 'Bending Mechanical Properties Test Method for Metal Materials', and G B/T8653 'Test Method for Young's Modulus, Shear Modulus, Torsional Modulus, and Poisson's Ratio of Metal Materials'.

Performance features:

Imported large torque AC servo motor and drive system, fast response speed, increased load/speed performance.

The scalable multi-channel collector facilitates the multi-channel input of LVDT, small load sensor, strain gauge and other equipment.

The portal frame structure and large stiffness moving beam design are adopted to ensure smooth operation under high speed and heavy load.

Arbitrary workspace selection: the double space structure pull up and down (or down and up) test does not require changing the fixture.

The toothed synchronous belt speed reduction system is equipped with precision ball screw pair for smooth transmission without gap, high efficiency and low noise.

The stretching fixture adopts the international advanced design structure, high coaxiality, reliable clamping, easy to disassemble after the sample is broken

The resolution of the large-bandwidth DSP (digital processor) measurement and control system is up to 1/600,000, and the accuracy remains unchanged within the range of measurement. It can realize closed-loop control of test force, deformation and displacement, and can set the test process arbitrarily.

High stability and high precision strain force sensor is adopted to ensure that the system error does not exceed ±0.5%.
