Product Introduction

The WAW-600E/1000E microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine features an integrated design with a built-in servo silent oil source. It is compact and features hydraulic clamping, with tension and compression in the same space. The machine is equipped with a precision dual-cylinder lower placement main unit for large stroke, which is ideal for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests on metals and non-metals. With the appropriate accessories, it can also be used for flattening, expanding, bending, and rolling edge tests on pipes.

Suitable for use in the fields of metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, colleges and universities, and research institutions. The test operations and data processing comply with GB/T 3159-2008 'Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine', GB/T 7314-2017 'Room Temperature Compression Test Method for Metal Materials', GB/T 228.1-2021 'Tensile Test Method for Metal Materials-Part 1: Room Temperature Test Method', GB/T 232-2024 'Bending Test Method for Metal Materials', and GB/T 2611-2022 'General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines'. It also meets the requirements of other standards such as GB/T 246-2017 'Flattening Test Method for Metal Pipes', GB/T 242-2007 'Expansion Test Method for Metal Pipes', and GB/T 245-2016 'Rolling Test Method for Metal Pipes'.
