This instrument is designed for the determination of the softening point of various types of asphalt, including road petroleum asphalt, coal tar pitch, and liquid petroleum asphalt. It complies with the requirements set forth in JTG E20-2011 'T0606-2011 Asphalt Softening Point Test (Global Method)' and GB/T 4507-2014 'Asphalt Softening Point Determination Method-Global Method'.

Performance features:

1、It can be tested in a water bath of 5~80℃ or in a glycerol test of 32~160℃;

2、Integrated steel ball adsorption device can realize the simultaneous 5℃ curing of steel balls and specimens, without the need for additional water bath curing. At the beginning of the test, steel balls are automatically released to reduce manual intervention and improve the accuracy of the test;
